  5. If I were you I wouldn't take any of the sayings you see here. They're all missing fadas (áéíóú) and some just don't seem right. You'd be better off asking someone who actually speaks Irish, preferably fluently.

  8. Howsabout 'There's no place like home' as Gaeilge.It's nice because only other Irish people seeing it will understand and think of Ireland.Particularly good if you're abroad and another gaelgor spots it.

    The actual saying is more like'There's no fireplace like your own fireplace.'
