how can I keep my hair straight all day. I luv my hair when it is straight, I straighten it like everyday. I straighten of the night so that all I have to do in the mornig is go over it with the flat iron a little bit, but by lunch or a little bit before it gets kind of wavy on th ends and a little frizzy and looks kinda bad so any tips on keeping it straight all day???

I asked before but no one answered so I thought I would try again

  1. this happened to be before & i asked the same question .

after you straighten your hair for a while , its gonnah stay straight .. believe me i know. the first couple months , it was the same thing ..  i would see waves by half the school day. just buy a better straightener if yours its good enough ... a good  one costs at least 25 dollars. & dont worry .. time will do it :) theres also a "straight" shampoo for herbal essences & theres spray you can buy! to tell you the truth i use regular shampoo & no spray .. my hair is fine how it is. good luck <3

  2. The best people to speak to is your hairdresser.  But don't let them sell you crappy products.  Make sure that if it doesn't work, you can take it back.  have you tried a little tiny bit of volume cream? I don't know much about hair, but I know that the heavier something is, the more gravity takes part.

  3. I have the same problem. First I wash my hair before I go to bed, and I condition it for a couple of minutes. Then while its drying I put some anti-frizz serum in my hair. It looks and feels like a conditioner. I put allot in. Then I flat iron it for as long as I can. Then when I wake up I flat iron it again, then put seem more anti frizz serum in it. It does the trick. Also, checking in the mirror as often as you can and making sure its not frizzing helps, so you can catch it before it full on frizzes. If it is just put some more serum in it. It usually helps me. :) Good luck!

  4. try putting a straighting balm in it loreal makes one thats really good and use hairspray all over your head then brush your hair THEN straighten....do this in the morning when you go over it

    help me?

  5. You could be straightening it too much. My sis and my friend were doing theirs everyday and now they both can't get it to stay straight. Try using a good treatment and don't straighten it every day. Try other fun hair styles on the days you don't straighten it, and straighten it only 2-3 times a week, or less.

  6. Do you have an expensive straightener? If you don't this is most likely the problem... An expensive straightener is actually a very good investment in your hair :)

  7. OMG.

i have the same problem! ugh. my hair ir curly so when i

starighten it it gets curly from the bottom too.but when

i staighten it with the blowdryer first thenn w/ the iron

    it lasts longer ;D

  8. put some hairspray in it after you flat iron it. not a ton, just a little. I really like Garnier Fructise Pure Fix spray. It works good, it doesn't have that gross annoying hairspray feel and I think it smells good too. lol.

try to answer mine too. nobody has ******* answered it.

  9. umm hairspray could help. also put a little frizz serum in but not too much cause it'll make your hair oily !!

  10. after you shower brush your hair from the bottom so you can get out the knots, then use a flat brush to brush from roots to bottom, after that blow dry your hair with the dryer pointing up so that you dont mess you hair as much then brush again. I got this from a magazine it works ! The requested shampoo that make your hair really nice is garnier fructis and it smells nice too

  11. Hair serum :)

  12. If you are using a cheep iron it may be doing more damage to your hair. Once your hair gets damaged to a certain point it is really hard to get it to stay smooth and may need to be trimmed to get rid of the frizzy ends. As far as irons go. Get a ceramic one, not a metal one! it puts less strain on the hair. Also that kind of heat on your hair all the time can really do a number on your hair. Don't wash your hair every nite if you can to help retain oils and try giving it a break every so often and let it be curly. If you simply can  not go with out straightening it you might have to invest in some products. I'd recomend biolage hydrating balm, or redkin butter treatment conditioners. That alone will help a lot with the frizz. When you straighten it you should use a protective spray. I like the one by Joico in there silk results line. Also some products I recommend are biolage shine milk, bio-silk, chi's hair oil and redkin outshine. They help control the frizz also. I think a good iron, conditioner and protective spray or thermal product are key to  maintaining your hair.

  13. umm put like a hair cream to keep it that way. like gel or something,

  14. well duh u straighten so much its dried out and probably feels dry and broken. you really need to moisturize. try repairing hair care and hair masks

  15. try blow drying it first then serum drops (controls frizz) something organic and then use the flat iron it works for me

  16. If you wanna have straight hair i would recommend a relaxer . It keeps it straight for six weeks then you have to get it done again . Though it requires lots of care its a great way to keep the hair straight and silky and not frizzy .

  17. i have the exact same problem! and do that exact same thing lol

use bedhead hard head hair spray!

    works really good!

  18. Use a special shampoo that makes your hair straighter! Think its by Frizz Ez or however you spell it!!

  19. start straightening it in the morning, get a better straightener, use GOOD hair products that keep it straight. nothing that you could find at walmart cuz of course its not going to work your just wasting money if you do.

  20. straighten in the morning

  21. It really depends on your straightner and how you straighten your hair.

This used to be a problem for me. and the reason was bc i would rush and wouldnt take my time to straighten it. and

The amount of heat  in your straightner also has to do with it. I like to buy my straightner at the beauty salon i go to. But the ones that keeps my hair straight all day long cost over 100$

    But its worth it.

    Best Wishes.=)

  22. Yes, take a shower and while your hair is still damp find a leave in conditioner that helps with straight hair . After that blow you hair dry and then put heat protecter spray on your hair and starighten it in sections . then spray with harispray

  23. Use some type of smoothing gel right before you straighten your hair. As you are Straightening it,  use hair spray to keep it in place. You want to spray it completely over your hair (this will create a sticky frizzy look) after that, just straighten as normal and it should hold all day

  24. there is this brand name Bed Head and they have TONS of products for that so check into that.

  25. in most korean salons they have something called "magic straight"

its a straight perm that lasts for about 6 months!

i did it in korea and my hair was straight for about 6 months! it was really nice[:

i suggest getting a perm for it once or twice a year, rather than straightening it every day, cause that reallly really damages your hair.

also, put some straightening serum in your hair when its damp!
