K&n or AFE???!?!?!? help me choose

I have a 2001 dodge durango 4.7l i also have a k&n drop in filter right now but i would like to upgrade to one of these kits im going more towards the k&n because i already have one but i would also liek the afe cold air intake one so what do you guys think/?

i got the complete K&N system on my truck and it does work real good,i had a gain of about 12-15 horse power the best i can figure and i can notice a real big difference in the running of it,one thing i havent seen from it though is a gain gas mileage,none that i can tell anyway,but the horse power gain was noticeable,if  i was going to use one id stay with the k&n system,they will back what they sell,and that means a lot these days,good luck.
