you should go to www.youtube.com and search some makeup tutorials =)

there are HEAPPSS on there and they can teach you everything u need to know =)

uh grab some magazines seventeen  teen vogue allure GL ect...

they have great tips

if you cant get magazines go to their websites. usuallly just www. name of magazine. they are really helpful!
