K wtf is wrong here?

im trying to put a video onto my psp and its in MPEG format . . . i put it in the MP_ROOT files or w.e. they're called and it still doesn't show up on my psp although it shows up in the folder when i connect the PSP using the USB. can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? and i have the newest version of the psp if that helps or w.e.

ITS HAS 2 B MP4 FORMAT THATS IT. NOT M-PEG, MP4. GO 2 PSPISO.COM AND SIGN UP FOR FREE AND DOWNLOAD PLENTY OF MP4 FILES.  U CAN PUT THE MP4'S IN THE VIDEO FOLDER. IF U NEED MORE HELP, HOLLA.
