Can a fiancee that recently entered the US on a K-1 visa attend college or university?

  1. Yes they can, but if they don't actually get married within 90 days of entry, then they must leave the States.


  2. Yes, they can. The only thing which is not clear is whether they will have a resident status for tuition purposes.
