K1 Visa from China Vaccination Follow up ??

Hi, my fiancee from China just got approved by the US Guangzhou Consulate for her K1 visa to enter the US, and they will mail her back her passport in a few days. But I heard from other people that there still couple vaccinations that she needs to get in China before her entrance to the US. I am not sure if this is true, because the Guangzhou US Consulate didn't ask or gave her information about vaccinations at all. I just hope the experts here can help. Thanks.

Vaccinations are not required for the K1, they are only required once you are married and file the I-130 and adjustment of status package.

I know it seems backwards, that they would let a person enter the U.S. without a medical and risk the possibility of infection and that it is only required for adjustment of status to permanent resident. Just goes to show the system needs to be worked.

But hey, this is the USCIS and nothing is logical with them.
