K1 visa for fiance (help with letter in legal words)?

hi people,

i am filing a k1 visa for my fiance from different country, and they want our original statements written that we are intending to get married. so basically i am looking for a sample letter that how should i write and submit to INS. for both sides. what exactly she should write and what exactly i should write in legal words. please give me suggestions. or may be links? thanks a lot

I would like to come to America for the job and to have much of the how you say money then send back to my family the money. Me too want to have K1 visa.

I, __________  ( fiance full name ) intend to marry _________  ( your full name )  with in 90 day's of my arrival to the U.S.

you write the same letter but switch the names around, and both of you sign and date it.

Koolaid has it spot on. Here is the link for the K-1 Guide from Visajourney.com. they even have an example of the statement that you can download and enter info into. They also have examples on the site of how to fill in the forms themselves.

I went through the K-1 process too, it seems overwhelming at first but take it step by step and you'll be fine, Good luck!
