K3 visa for wife, currently held up by Chinease mail customs.How long ?

Question

All is processed and approved by NVC with package mailed to China consulate.

She has tried to call by case # and they reply that the document has not cleared customs for deleivery.

Any answers /suggestions is appreciated

That's normal, unfortunately.  When the package clears, it will be delivered.  There is nothing you can do but wait.
