  1. A similar thing happened to me with my right canine tooth. My stubborn tooth wouldn't fall out, and if it didn't, another tooth was about to grow over it (attractive right?) so  I got it pulled. So, after about 6 months nothing grew in and I was extremely pissed. Eventually, my doctor referred me to an oral surgeon who would help "harness the canine tooth" and pull it into the correct part of my mouth. I was kind of skeptical of the whole situation, but after about a half- hour surgery, and 2000 dollars later, I had a small metal thinger ( really have no idea what it is) put up into my gums (completely invisible) that eventually helped bring the tooth in quickly and correctly.  (I think  an ortho could explain it better than me.)

That's just my personal experience, but you're mouth could be totally different. Sorry to break it to you, but if you're canine is stubborn like mine was you might want to look into oral surgery and take you're ortho's advice. Oral surgery is really painless and effective and you should definitely consider it.  But, do whatever you're comfortable with

As for making you're tooth grow, there's really no way I know of. Drinking Milk?

Anyway, good luck and I hoped I help.

  2. Well, if your baby teeth were not ready to be pulled that is most likely why they have not come in.  However, you should talk to your dentist about them growing in.  Surgery is certainly a last option... check your timelines and see what you can do from there.  I don't think there is much you can do to help them grow.  Good luck.
