  2. Plz give me best answer..

    Legendary pokemon in diamond:

    DIALGA (BATTLE AT SPEAR PILLAR)

SHAYMIN( GET FROM NINTENDO EVENT OR ACTION REPLAY)

DARKRAI (GET FROM NINTENDO EVENT OR ACTION REPLAY)

ARCEUS (GET FROM NINTENDO EVENT OR ACTION REPLAY)

UXIE, MESPRIT, AZELF ( AVAILABLE AT THE LAKES AFTER BATTLING OR CAPTURING DIALGA)

    HEATRAN ( STARK MOUNTAIN)

    GIRATINA ( WAYWARD CAVE)

    Pokemon Sapphire

    KYOGRE ( CAVE OF ORIGIN)

RAYQUAZA ( SKY PILLAR, AFTER DEFEATING ELTIE FOUR)

LATIAS (COMES RANDOMLY IN THE WILD AFTER DEFEATING ELITE 4)

  3. The Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Sapphire are as follows:

Regirock: Found in Desert Ruins in the desert on Route 111.

Regice: Found in Island Cave on Route 105.

Registeel: Found in Ancient Tomb on Route 120.

Latias: Found Roaming Hoenn after defeating Elite 4.

Kyogre: Found in the Cave of Origin

Rayquaza: Found on top of Sky Pillar

In order to get Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, you must first have the HM 08 (Dive), a Pokémon knowing Dig, and have a Relicanth (Found in the seaweed underwater) and Wailord (Catch a Wailmer on Route 129 by fishing with the Super Rod and evolve to Wailord at Lv. 40, or Surf to find a Wailord). with you.

Use Dive on Route 134, and navigate to what's called the Sealed Chamber. Inside, you'll find several mounds marked with Braille, and a wall with Braille on the back reads Dig. Use Dig at this wall, and a door will open.

Entering this room with Relicanth as your leading Pokémon, and Wailord as the final in your party will cause an earthquake that opens the three chambers in which you will find Regirock, Regice, and Registeel.

In Pokémon Diamond, the Legendary Pokémon are:

Uxie: Found at Lake Acuity after defeating or capturing Dialga.

Mesprit: Found at Lake Verity after defeating or capturing Dialga. A picture will be provided for your PokéDex, and Mesprit will run. Mesprit is one of two Roaming Legendaries found in Sinnoh.

Azelf: Found at Lake Valor after defeating or caputring Dialga.

Dialga: In order to progress further in the game, you must defeat or capture Dialga at the Spear Pillar on top of Mt. Coronet.

Once you've defeated the Elite 4, several more Legendary Pokémon become available to you.

    Heatran: Found inside Stark Mountain.

Regigigas: Head to Snowpoint City with Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in your party. Head north to the Temple, and Candice will grant you permission to go inside. Make your way downstairs until you find Regigigas. If you have Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in your party and go up to Regigigas, you'll be able to enter battle and capture it.

Giratina: Head to Veilstone City and go south to Route 214. Navigate through the fences, keeping to the right near the trees. There will be a break in the trees giving way to the Spring Path. Bring along a Pokémon knowing Rock Climb, and make your way to the top to find a lake. Once up, head back down to a lower level by using Rock Climb again at another spot, and enter Turnback Cave.

Turnback Cave can be quite confusing, but the trick is to find Giratina before you pass through 30 rooms, while being able to figure out the correct path to take. As each room is randomy generated, there's no predetermined path to take, although there are methods to finding your way.

Pay close attention to the details in each room, especially noting the position of the rocks. The door that you need to take will look a bit different than the others in terms of where the rocks are placed.  Eventually, you'll come across Giratina (as long as you haven't gone through 30 rooms).

Cresselia: The second Roaming Pokémon. You first encounter Cresselia by heading to Canalave City. Head into the house beside the Sailor who takes you to Iron Island, and you'll find his son bed-ridden with horrible nightmares. The Sailor will ask you to retrieve the Lunar Wing from Cressial on FullMoon Island, and will take you there to retrieve it. Once there, you'll meet Cresselia, who will run, but will leave the Lunar Wing behind for you.

Phione: In order to obtain Phione, you need to breed Manaphy. The eggs that Manaphy produce will always be those of Phione, and Phione will not evolve into Manaphy.

Manaphy: You have limited options on obtaining Manaphy. You can have one sent to your Diamond or Pearl by Pokémon Ranger once you've obtained the quest and completed it. There have been events in which they are given out, though at the time there are none currently being held.

Darkrai: This mysterious Pokémon makes it's home on Newmoon Island. Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the original Japanese cartridges, Nintendo has decided to not utilise this fact, and instead opted for an Event-only Pokémon. As of now, the only way to obtain Darkrai was to attend one of the Giveaways that was held at Gamestop. It is rumored that the english copy of Pokémon Ranger: Battonage will allow you to transfer a Darkrai to your game, but nothing is certain at this time.

Shaymin: The next Event-only Pokémon is Shaymin, and as of now, the only way to obtain Shaymin is to attend the 11th Movie in Japan.

Arceus: The final Event-Only Pokémon. Since Arceus hasn't been officially revealed yet,  there is currently no way to obtain one without cheating.
