Drain line is clogged or pump not working.  Either way, remove DW from cabinet, unhook hose and check for water in it.  If it is the pump, call for service or replace it.  Kenmore is junk and not worth fixing.  They will come out several times to fix it for you, for a fee!  I had apartments with all Sears appliances, and all I did was fix them.  I've never fixed my Maytag.  They usually have crummy seals in them.
