However, an on song Gayle kept up the Thunder’s unbeaten run in the competition, making exactly 100 from 54 balls. His innings was packed with plenty of sixes – a total of 11 as he battered the bowling to all parts of the ground. In the end, the hosts pulled off an easy win in under 19 overs.
