KFC Gravy does anybody know?

Question

Even though I am on a diet, I absolutely love KFC gravy. I know it is a secret recipe, but, does anybody know anything that matches it? I resisted temptation tonight when my husband brought it home.

There is no need to diet seriously if you wan't to loose weight ans still enjoy food then you can just simply exercise daily for at least 45 minutes and then just eat a balanced diet with a few snacks. That way you will loose weight, Be happy and much healthier. Oh and i don't have a clue about the KFC gravy try reasearching on google. Hope i helped you out.

the gravy is made with the burnt breadcrumbs that have fallen off the chicken at the bottom of the fryers so is probably quite fattening. dont know calories but you can get that info of the back of the trayliners in store.

Hi there i used to work at KFC in my early years for extra money while doing my school certificate... it is powdered deb potato but they add some of the chicken fat drippings so i would stay clear of it

There is a series of books in bookstores called like "Top Secret Recipes" or something like that.  I just researched it online and found this website....try it and see.

The potato and gravy at KFC is actually not that fattening because it isn't actual potatoes.  It's the instant potato c**p Deb stuff.

If you can find a weight watchers book, look up the points because it's not that much.

Tastes good though doesn't it?

Mmmm - KFC Gravy or what I like to call Liquid Gold is super yummy.  Their coleslaw's not bad either & I'm not a big fan of slaw.  I don't have the recipe but if you find it let me know.  

I've also been on an endless search for the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits, have you tried them?  It's soooo delicious.

KFC gravy is instant you add boiling water to it. I have not found an instant gravy that has the same taste. At one time KFC use to make the gravy from scratch but that was long before I worked there, I have worked there for 9 years , and I quit a few months ago. All the spices are McCormick, but I tried the instant brown gravy and it is not the same ,to salty. For an instant gravy KFC has the best.
