I think grease. Maybe Salt, Pepper, Flour, Water. Depends how KFC claims what a seasoning is.

KFC's secret herbs and spices are one of the greatest mysteries of all time.  

  It's been narrowed down to the following ingredients (give or take a few):

Rosemary, oregano, sage, ginger, marjoram, thyme, brown sugar, parsley,  pepper, paprika, garlic or onion salt, and probably powdered chicken bouillon and/or powdered tomato soup.

ummm.... i have no idea... i think if someone did know though they wouldn't tell you cause then the whole world would know... and also if you search google for something... it can come up with yahoo questions and answers... so whenever someone searched google for that they would see your question. click on it. find it out. then use it for bad things.

I would rather know the cooking method - I heard they boil the chicken first - to make it soft and juicy - then deep fry in in a batter.

I do not know the 11 secret ingredients, but you can go to cdkitchen.com, and just type KFC in their search engine and you can find a copycat recipe for the spices.I tried it and it was awesome they also have the copycat recipe for their potato wedges which are flippin awesome.
