  1. It's deep fried and coated in bread crumbs!!!

Doesn't that give you a clue.

    Subway would be better.

  5. i worked there for 2 years and i would have to say thats its like most fastfood places. mostly everything is fried. its just like at all fastfood places... they have the healthy food such as salads and then the fried foods.

  6. yeah....if you swim a lot....KFC can really help you build muscles...specially if you swim on a daily basis....like i did during the summer.

just an experience i had during the summer when i went to Spain.....there was a KFC next to my apartment, and me and a couple friends always ate there, but i gain muscle easily i guess.

KFC has a good source of semi healthy proteins, and fat. Unlike Mcdonalds, which will only make u gain fat.

  7. DON'T EAT THE SKIN.....

  8. yes! KFC has a set of balanced diet (protein from chicken, vitamins from coleslaw, carbo from bun and whipped potato). it also keeps you full for sometime.it is goddamn delicious too!

unlike McDonalds, the food won't make u stay away from ur cravings..u can be starving again in no time!

  9. i look at it this way its fried food how healthy can it be.

  10. Don't eat it - it is a US company.

  11. KFC does have the advantage of offering vegetables, but as for the rest of their menu, it is a calorie and saturated fat trap!

Go for ordering side dishes of veggies and only a very small portion of a meat or bowl item.
