Ok, so I have a group of friends who are planning on going to an anime con with me and most of them wanna be someone from Naruto or something, but I wanted to be someone less.. original, so I want to be Kairi from Kingdon Hearts (the version from Kingdom Hearts 2) but i don't know where to find a cosplay outfit of the pinkish dress.. but I have a budget of not very much so.. does anyone know where I could get one?
