KIT CARS ? does anyone know any websites or advice?

i'm looking for websites or anything for my uncle or brother about kit cars....they want to buy and completely assemble one at a reasonable price..i don't know how to put it, but it has to be in pieces and with everything u need to complete the job...

just fyi... you will not be able to find a "COMPLETE" kit (not built yet) car unless it is already completed and finished. you can find complete bodys and such but nothing all together. you must piece the interior and such. go to WWW.KITCARS.COM and there you can find complete bodys for sale and some cars already completed. good luck but for a kit car, the body might only cost 5g's but all in all, you will have close to 70g's into it when completed correctly. good luck

What model of kit car? That would help.

One of the most complete kit cars is the West-field. Which is not very futuristic, but a lot of fun to own and easy to build.

There are others of the same class out there, Stalker, and  Coveland come to mind.

Then there are other classics out there in kit form, from 32 fords to modern italian  sports cars as well as other independent designs. See the last link for more info.

My favorite is the Factory Five GTM. The car can be built for 40k and goes 0 to 60 in 3.0 seconds

idk the name of the site, but i remember a website that could send you a 15K Shelby Cobra as a kit and you build it...sounds like a great deal if you know what you're doing
