Does Knights of the Old Republic 2 work on Windows Vista?

If so, sweet.

But if not, is there a patch of some sort to make it compatible? I have heard there isn't a good patch that does that.

Here are my computer specs:

Acer Aspire 5720, 32-bit OS, Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, and finally;
