KRAV MAGA or MUAY THAI?

which one do you guys think is more intense?

Intense physical workout...Muay Thai wins.

Self defence pure survival mode...Krav Maga wins.

One word for ya...Krav Maga!!  The conditioning is super intense.  We P.T. with no A/C for about 15 minutes before class begins.  Then we go into the lesson.  Try kneeing someone or going through attacks by 4 guys for a minute straight.  It wears you out fast but in a real fight, not a tournament, you need to be intense to save your ***.  

In fact, I just tested yesterday.  It was 3.5 hours of straight drills with a short 3 minute break.  I felt like puking but I held it together.   If you need to get trophies then stick to Muay Thai. Frankly in a real fight, there're no refs to manage the fight or judges to take away points for breaking the rules cuz there ARE NONE!!  It's about going home or to the hospital/morgue...PERIOD!!

Intensity, agression, and explosive movements win fights.

Challenge yourself and give Krav Maga a shot!!

Krav Maga, I've seen a class of it and first, you run about 2 miles around the gym, then pushups, sit ups, and more running, after you're good and tired, then you start learning, apparently, it's supposed to simulate a real life situation because there was no air conditioning, you were exhausted in a fight, and you've got 4 guys swarming you, it's intense, very intense..... I didn't do it because it was just a little much for me.... and the lack of air conditioning hehe.

Muay Thai all the way! Ive been doing it for a couple years now and I love it. It is by far the most intense work out Ive ever had. If you want to train to fight ( I do) they definitely do muay Thai.

well muay thai is definately more physical.krap maga is a make believe very sloppy imatation of a real martial art designed to part fools from thier money.
