I have a sit on top kayak (ocean kayak Scrambler XT) and i was wondering if i can put a trolley motor on it?

Umm, probably not. If your can find a spot where you can clamp it on, and have space for the battery, it may work. Just make sure you don't drill any holes into the hull.
