Kaizer Chiefs coach http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Knowledge-Musona-c21206 success in Germany – Bundesliga news
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/South-Africa-c757. His departure became
a source of disappointment for the Chiefs coaching staff and fellow players as the Zimbabwean was the leading goalscorer last season, where he scored 20 goals from 34 games.
Musona’s progress was continuously monitored by the German outfit and the player was eventually snapped up prior to the start of the new campaign. The striker was delighted with this new challenge and seemed determined to cement a place in the club’s starting
XI. Chiefs Coach was confident about the player’s success in Germany and wished him all the best for his future. He mentioned that the striker was a revelation in Africa and took no time to settle down under the playing conditions.
While addressing a press conference, Coach enthused, “Since Musona came here I knew that he deserves what he has gotten now. Musona is a smart guy who I have a lot of belief in and I am definite that he will be successful in Europe. Just as much as I wish
him well as he goes, we will miss him.”
Compatriot Nigel Munyati also wished Musona success in his Bundesliga career. Munyati, who plays in the third tier league in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zimbabwe-c3045, felt honoured to see a player from his country representing one of the top leagues in the world. He hoped that Musona would
make a name for himself and win silverware on a regular basis.
Munyati concluded by saying, “We helped him into being the player that he is today and we are delighted that our efforts have been fruitful. I will also want to pay tribute to Bobby Motaung because he foresight when he identified Musona after seeing him
playing in a First Division match back home. I believe the route that Musona has taken will inspire other boys.”
Musona started his club career with Kaizer Chiefs in 2009 and hammered 20 league goals from 49 matches before parting ways with the club in favour of Hoffenheim. The striker made his Zimbabwe debut in a friendly against South Africa in March 2010. His first
international goal came against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liberia-c2941 in September 2010 during a 2012 African Cup of Nation qualifier.
Hoffenheim will lock heads with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hannover-96-c39492 in their opening game of the new campaign on Saturday, August 6, at AWD-Arena. Hoffenheim finished the 2010/11 season 11th on the table and would want to finish the upcoming campaign on a high.
