Real Madrid midfielder, Kaka, has said that leaving Bernabeu never crossed his mind and that all he is focused on now is how to improve himself and get back into the starting line-up.
The former FIFA World Player of the Year has struggled to get action in the first-team. However, the Real Madrid midfielder has distanced himself from all those
speculations and claims that he is determined to see out his contract at Los Blancos.
He feels that he is still good enough for Real and he can contribute to the club as long as he is a part of it.
"Even when there was lots of talk in the summer I did not think about leaving because I was sure I could bring a lot to Real Madrid."
The Brazilian midfielder also commented on his contract with Real Madrid and mentioned that he still has three years left. He also believes that he can make an impact and contribute to the club so he can help them win more titles.
"I still have three years left on this contract and I think I can contribute. I want to continue at Real Madrid, earn a place in the team and win titles."
The former AC Milan midfielder underwent a knee surgery two years ago that kept him on the sidelines for eight months. Since then he lost his place in the national side as he was unable to get back into full fitness and shape.

"I think those games I had with the Selecao were very good for me. They made it clear that I am in good shape, playing well and it was important for me personally. This season has been a reaffirmation for me and the recent games have given me confidence."
Regardless, the former Ballon d’Or winner believes this year should be a good year for him as he is in good shape and feels confident.
