Kaka hails Real Madrid’s performance against Villarreal – La Liga News
In the latest round of La Liga action, Real Madrid romped to a 3-0 victory against Villarreal at Santiago Bernabéu. Brazilian playmaker, Kaka, has hailed Los Blancos’ emphatic performance.
Kaka, who has rediscovered some of his spellbinding form of old, scored the second goal of the match, barely 11 minutes into the match, continuing his brilliant start to the season.
The former AC Milan player scored his fourth goal of the season and is returning to his former best. The playmaker was happy with his performance and that of his team, who are benefitting from his addition.
“Scoring another goal and getting another win. I am very happy because the team is still adding and playing very well,” he said.
The Brazilian international highlighted Los Merengues’ performance in the first half, during which they scored all of the three goals. He also mooted the notions that they were subdued in the second half as they failed to add another goal to their tally.
“The team has been great and we have solved the game. It is therefore normal that the team slowed down a bit in the second period,” Kaka added.
The 29-year-old is enjoying his return to the first team fold after failing to exert himself as the prime playmaker for Real Madrid.
His physical fitness and form has been below par from his lofty standards, which allowed Mesut Ozil to take his place.
However, he has returned to the starting eleven this season, and it is safe to say that his performances have been nothing short of phenomenal.
Regarding his injury problems, the versatile player stated: “Every game is a first for me, physically and personally I'm fine.”
Being a playmaker, he stressed that personal form is secondary to the team effort, which is his biggest concern.
“It is vital for me to help the team. It is most important. It is true that we have a very large staff. The stronger the group is the more wins for Madrid. I am comfortable and confident. This is how I help the team.”
As it stands, Real Madrid are second in La Liga points table. They trail pace setters Levante by one point and are ahead of perennial rivals, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604, by the same margin after 9 fixtures.
