they dnt seem to win, but just beat big teams, and lose against S***y ones, they just excite the competetion, and challenge big teams, but when it comes to finals they seem to step aside.

  1. I think after wins against top 8 contenders in the last couple of weeks has proven something, but Geelong with pump them into submission and give them a reality check before the finals. Geelong are playing irrisistable football at the moment and no-one will come close. Wouldn't be surprised if its a replay of last years Grand Final margin.

  2. they have played as a team better than any one but geelong this year and i think they will go well in these finals but not get to the Gf

  3. They are the real deal. With the talent they have they are doing much better than teams with better list. This week they do get the chance to put themselves against the benchmark. so you should just wait and see.

  4. Taking nothing away from the Cats, it is their time in the sun.

This game be it a wipe out or a tug of war will be one to behold.

One of the 3 or 4 genuine potential sides. Over the next few years.

Do not compare the Pies to other sides they have been underachievers with the playing list they have for a number of years.

  5. they do wat collingwood does and they wont beat geelong in a million years the teams they beat are just flukes like collingwood.

if tey were put against a team like adelaide they would loose

  6. With the way the Dogs and Hawks are playing the Roos might have a chance of playing the Cats in the grand final.

  7. When Aaron Edwards comes back the kangas will have heaps of fire power therefore piling on the goals. They have proven time and time again that they are the real deal and will be dangerous in the finals if they dont verse their bogey team Adelaide.

  8. how can you say that? so what they didnt play their absolute best last finals, that doesnt mean that they're gonna do the same this year. you can't just assume they will "step aside" this year, purely because thats what seemd to happen last year.

after this weekend though, we'll see if they are capable of beating the best side in the AFL

  9. They're are about as genuine as your gonna get this year. Geelong are miles ahead and the roos have beaten both the hawks and the dogs, and drew with sydney. The roos are the real deal!!

  10. They are the surprise packet of the AFL this year - in my eyes. I don't think they are pretenders.

They are being coached very well & I think all teams will be very wary of them.

  11. north are the biggest pretenders i have ever seen they will get smashed by geelong this week,

if they end up fourth which i don't reckon they will... geelong will smash them in the first week of the ffinals like last year... than they will probably play a team like adelade and get beaten

north to go out in straight sets in the finals this year

watch out for shagger and p**s ant (harvey) to be crying when they come off the ground in the finals

  12. They're like Collingwood - They win games nobody expects them to win, and lose easy ones! I think they will do well this year though, they have some great form going into finals, and some experience in tough games from last year's finals series.

  13. They are the real deal look who they have beaten:

    Hawthorn

    Bulldogs (2 times)

    Collingwood (2 times)

    Sydney (draw)

Lost to Geelong by 13 points somewhere around 10 rounds ago.

  14. there the real deal

  15. They are so under-estimated that it is not funny .. they have so much talent within their team (heck - brent harvey is the brownlow favourite!) and within the football world they arent given the usual respect that a team like sydney or bulldogs recive.

  16. Inconsistant but a possible surprise package!

  17. pretenders

  18. it really is building up to be a huge match down at skilled on sunday, just to see if North can take it up to the cats, and probably the preview for the first final. this game should answer ur question

  19. They are not to be underestimated!
