  1. No, not really but yet if you can get handcuffed for looking suspicious while throwing a bag away in a parking lot of a store, anything can happen.


  2. Prosecutors can issue warrants.  I doubt they would do so based on a Y!A post.  BTW, "blasphemy" isn't a crime...

  3. Blasphemy is not a crime, so NO... the prosecutors of any State cannot request an arrest warrant to be issued.

    Someone may have a civil case for slander....but that is entirely different.

  4. Blasphemy is not against the Law... that whole whacked family are lawyers... even have a fairly successful law firm! Nothing sticks to them, as disgusting as they are. They abuse the 1st Amendment, but they stay just within it....
