Former Indian captain, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Kapil-Dev-c70234 has shown his backing for the under fire current Men In Blue skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni but admitted that he needs to be a little more aggressive.

"He needs to get the best out of his players. He has to perform best otherwise he has to take some hard steps. That means if he has to drop somebody he will have to do that," he said.
