Kapil Dev, the 1983 World Cup winning captain of India, on Thursday, said that nobody in the country is above the law or government and the board should also abide by the law.

Federation. After being given the status of NSF, the autonomous sports bodies would come under the purview of the RTI Act.

be country comes first," he insisted.
The Sports Ministry is expected to introduce the controversial Sports Development Bill in the forthcoming winter session of the Parliament.
