i run track and we are supposed to do this Karaoke Athletic Warm Up/Stretch. i have NO idea how to do it. i would REALLY appreciate it if someone posted a video or something.

  1. Karaoke is a good warm up here is a video showing how to do it. You run sideways putting on foot in front of the other, the behind, then front, then behind, etc.
