The summer holidays are coming up, and I'm looking for advice on home training.

I go to the session from 7-8:30pm on Mondays as well as wing chun for an hour on Fridays.

I'm a 3-5km runner (although I haven't run for over two months now), and plan on running or cycling at least every other day, but I'm really not good at fitting in a routine to a sensible time/amount, so I'm looking for help with that.

I'm trying to get back into shape after exam and massiv-coursework-stress season, and using exercise to re-tone muscles, get rid of the flab I've accumalated in incredible amounts in the past few weeks, and get my general fitness/stamina level back up to what it was. My stamina hasn't deminished as much as I'd thought, but I do give out about five minutes earlier than usual.

Any advice on a training regime would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.
