i saw karate tournament that allowed groin to be a open target,but stated attacks from the front only what does mean?

  2. no hook kicks to the groin. they hurt a lot ...

    one of the female instructors where i train used to be really good at hook kicks and groin gaurds dont protect so well from behind.
