Karisma Hotel chain, anyone used them before?

Anyone ever gone to: Azul Sensatori Hotel? it's part of the Karisma chain

i've never been to mexico before and this is where we are going

does anyone have words of wisdom about the area or property?

I have been doing some research on the Azul Properties. They look really nice and have both European Plan and All-inclusive plans. And have a awesome Kids club program. The Azul Five resorts is the newest and the last time I checked they had some grand opening's specials. If you choose to book directly thru the hotel  be careful they don't have transfers.
