Karl Malone slammed by Utah Jazz owner Greg Miller - NBA Update

Utah Jazz CEO and owner Greg Miller has taken a swipe at former Jazz player and NBA legend Karl Malone. Malone has been branded as “too unreliable and too unstable” by Miller after Karl had criticized the Jazz.
A feud erupted between the two after Malone decided to comment on the exit of former Utah coach Jerry Sloan. Sloan left after a falling out with star player Deron Williams, who has since left the franchise as well.
Karl had also insisted that he had trouble getting tickets for Utah Jazz games. His allegation was particularly unwelcome for Miller, who knows that as one of the best players to ever play the game, Malone enjoys great respect and following among the Utah
supporters.
Greg, who is the son of former owner Larry Miller, dismissed Karl’s assertions completely and labelled him a liar.
"Hey Karl - you're lying," Miller wrote on Twitter. "You have my number. Next time you need a seat to a Jazz game, call me. You can have mine."
Malone is a 14-time NBA All-Star but apparently things aren’t rosy between him and the franchise where he made his name. Miller continued to attack Karl and accused him of being “high-maintenance” in a recent blog post.
"The fact is Karl is still as high-maintenance as he ever was, but now he has nothing to offer to offset the grief and aggravation that comes with him," Miller wrote.
Such treatment, when meted out to arguably the franchise most famous name ever, does seem a little harsh but it came after a series of attacks by Karl. The “mailman” had alleged in a recent interview that the Jazz management was responsible for the exit
of legendary coach and fan favourite Jerry Sloan.
When Deron Williams had a falling out with Sloan, Karl accused that the executives had backed Williams and Jerry left because he thought their attitude was disrespectful towards him.
"I know for a fact that (Sloan) was overridden on practices sometime on the road because Deron was calling our GM (Kevin O'Connor) at that time," Malone said, according to The Salt Lake Tribune. " ... You give a guy that much power, …. but if he wanted to
sulk he could sulk “
Sloan has said he left after making a decision himself and no one forced him out of the door. Miller and the franchise have also vehemently denied accusations that they backed Deron Williams over allowed him to overrule Sloan’s authority while in the organization.
The speculation though refuses to go away and has now given way to the feud between Malone and Miller.
