After dominating their opponents, Delhi are now in a spot of bother with the game heading towards a possible draw or a loss for them.
Delhi, having restricted Karnataka on 192, had a commendable first innings as they smashed a decent score of 258, which exerted considerable pressure on their opponents. Nonetheless, Karnataka ended the second day with 130 on the board in their second innings.
This was encouraging for them as they now could look forward to even a better day on Monday. Resuming their innings, the openers led their side to 140 before Delhi drew first blood with the departure of RV Uthappa, who fell after belting 81 runs.
