Karzai's assassination attempt, is there a connection here?

Just hours after criticizing the USA-British conduct of the Afghan war, an attempt was made on Karzai's life. Do you think there is a connection?

Give it time. I'm sure someone will accuse Bush of doing it.

I don't think the British or US did it, if that's what you mean.  No, Karzai is not an enemy to the US or UK; allies often criticize each other, they have different points of view.  The US and UK want Afghanistan stabilized, whether or not we agree with them on everything, which of course we don't.  That doesn't mean we are not on good terms.
