  1. Oatmeal.  Especially if it doesn't have sugar.  Try mixing fresh berries or shredded apple to sweeten.  Kashi isn't too bad, but it still has sweeteners.


  2. Personal opinion? Oatmeal. Less processing. Quite healthy.
