Question

well! can you get a bus from katra(near jammu)to go to pahalgam(near sringar)?

if yes tell me the charges......

if no tell me about various other transport.

in the month of may-june......

from katra take a bus to jammu, then jammu to srinagar and then srinagar to pahalgam. there is no direct bus service to pahalgam from katra.

u wont get a direct bus from katra to pahalgam,,,

u will have to go to anantnag district,,then change bus to pahalgam..For anantnag its the same bus which goes from katra to srinagar...only thing is u have to get down at anantnag,....

this may cost you maximum of 400RS....and cheaper than this also,,,u can get Tourist taxi also from 200-2000rs...

but i will advise you to go to srinagar,,then go to pahalgam next day,,,,cos,the distance is too much and journey is hectic,,
