Kaspersky internet security help please !

Question

I have Kaspersky security on my pc-the license runs out today and an icon keeps saying I need to renew( at a cost!).

However I have just paid for the new Windows security 2009 and installed that.

Do i need the Kaspersky one anymore ?

To answer your question...NO

You can remove it if you are not going to renew it.

If you feel happy with Windows security then go ahead...Just go into Start....Control Panel....Ad or remove programs & click on Kasperskey & it will remove it for you. You will have to restart Ur computer after.

I would suggest you to use Kaspersky Internet Security rather than any of the other antivirus softwares. It has all the protection features, and one doesn't need to worry for any unreasonable risks.

If you have recently bought a license key for Kaspersky 2009, it shouldn't have expired today or tomorrow. But still, I don't think there is an error in the Kaspersky Internet Security. Are you sure you really got a Kaspersky Key???
