Katie Compton of Team Trek Cyclocross is enjoying the peak form of her professional career with several top performances to her credit.

She took a total time of 40 minutes and 30 seconds and occupied the top podium position, with Katerina Nash of Team Luna Pro Team finishing 1 minute and 4 seconds behind at the second spot.
The 33-year-old was delighted after winning the race and thanked her teammates for their endless race throughout the event.
"Today I was just riding to make sure I could attack certain sections of the course, thinking about the world championships and where I'd attack, where I need to recover and making sure I could ride the sand pit and push in certain sections".
"I was really trying to be smooth - getting the shifting down, the braking down, the lines down”.
Katie’s previous commendable performances in the current season include a third place finish at the UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup in Lievin France and fourth position at the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Hoogerheide, Netherlands.
Georgia Gould of Team Luna Pro Team and Helen Wyman of Team Kona Factory and Gabriella Day of Team Rapha-Focus achieved the  third, fourth and the fifth positions in the respective order.
"The gaps sort of opened up early and I guess it's sort of nice to be securely on the podium but at the same time it's also more exciting for you guys to watch when we're battling it out more,” said Gould.
Caroline Mani of Team Raleigh-Clement, Julie Krasniak of Team Rapha-Focus, Kaitlin Antonneau of Team Cannondale p/b Cyclocrossworld, Teal Stetson-Lee of Team Luna Pro Team and Jade Wilcoxson of Team Optum Pro Cycling p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies occupied
