Where can one get Kava Kava in Toronto? I know that they're technically disallowed but I was told that some stores still sold them under the counter. Does anyone know any?

  1. It's not illegal - a "stop-sale" order was issued, but it is not illegal.  Health food stores in Kensington Market carry the capsules - just ask someone in the store.


  2. It is not illegal. It has the same legal status as abortion. It is NOT regulated thus not illegal.
