Kawasaki 300 sx jet ski?

i recently cleaned all the oil that had leaked over the winter and i then realized where it was coming from . its coming from above the oil pump from a black cap thats on the front of the engin. what is it called and how do i stop if from leaking?

There is not supposed to be any oil behind that breather. If there is you have leaking crank seals.
