i just use regular synthitic motor oil for my gxr 650

I have a Ninja ZX-9 and that is all I ever used is Castro sae 20/50

Andrew gave a bad answer!   NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use synthetic in a bike with a clutch which runs in engine oil, which most all modern Japanese bikes and most  European, do. Synthetic kill clutches.  Use a good mineral oil. SAE 20-50 works well, change at reccomended  intervals.
