Don't worry it's not going to end soon.  It's actually a common feeling many people have when lots of change is going on in their lives and they don't really think they have control over it.  Try and get a good nights sleep and you will feel better.

Nothing will happen.

But we will have to adapt to change soon.

And things are always going wrong these days.  But it is all in the timing because no one can adapt to change.
