Kayak questions and water sports?

My sister and I are into adventure water sports. I need to buy myself effective kayak shoes. Her birthday is coming up so I would like to get a pair for her also. Does anyone have any suggestions? I do not want to get Croc's etc. Something desinged for Kayaking, good grip, slip on and good support.

Anything else I should look into?

You could try stearns, they have lots of equipment for kayaking.

Don't forget your Vests, and helmets if you use them.

zip ups are good ---they do fill with water but not noticeable till you take them off.

What you need is a good pair of water shoes!  Try any watersports shop or look online!  Good luck!
