get a piece of plastic that covers the damage. heat up the area with a heat gun and also heat the plastic till it's soft. use metal tongs to hold the plastic. if you can stick it inside the hull that'd be great but outside will be OK too. make sure you keep the boats plastic warm so that the two pieces bind.

if it's a small hole your repairing the cut a small plug out of the plastic... shove it in and melt it to seal.

if your repairing a crack then drill a hole at either end of the crack to stop it from spreading any further.
