Germany's Martin Kaymer showed no signs of a hangover, following his three weeks out after his PGA Championship victory in August - the world No. 5 was on the victory trail in Holland again yesterday, taking the lead by four strokes to claim his third win of the season as he gears up for next month's Ryder Cup.
