2010 proves to be a lucky year for Martin Kaymer and his girlfriend, Allison Micheletti. The lady has joined the Qualifying school and ready to tread the fairways of La Manga.
The brown-eyed American, who was seen in the arms of the German at Celtic Manor, has taken the decision that she will be teeing off as a professional. Micheletti told this to the press, while coming out of a local
restaurant in Westminster.
Micheletti said, “Golf has always been a passion for me, but this time I am taking it to the next level and hopefully it will work for me. I am on the way to the Q-School and I am looking forward for something
good.”
Allison Micheletti has joined the Ladies European Tour Qualifying School and will be teeing off in La Manga on Thursday. Very little is known about the American, but she has captured the media’s attention for being
the lady in the arms of Martin Kaymer. According to the Furman University sports website, she was part of the team in the school and pursued competitive golf at a very young age.
Kaymer’s girlfriend was a fine soccer player as well just like her man and was awarded ‘High School All-Round Best Athlete’. Before entering the LET's Qualifying School, Micheletti appeared in the Murcia Ladies Open, which took
place in La Manga. However, the American missed the cut after carding 86 in the first and 80 in the second round. Micheletti is playing as an amateur in the Q-School and has not turned professional.
Micheletti needs to qualify the first stage, but for that, she needs to improve her stats. Her first round wrapped at 89 last week.
Allison Micheletti has been dating Europe’s number one golfer and winner of four titles, Martin Kaymer for five years. According to the press releases, she has joined the Qualifying School on the Ladies European Tour and is on
her way to pursue the title of a professional. The much-publicised Micheletti needs to put a lot of effort into her game as she stands next to a golfer, who has won four tournaments in 2010 and the Race to Dubai.
