Keep getting dropped calls with Verizon where I didn't before. Ideas?

I got a new phone a week or so back, KRZR, when my old phone died. It's the same type of phone I had before but now I'm getting tons of dropped calls in places I was fine before. For one, my bedroom. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using another phone to see if you experience the same problem, this will determine if it's a handset issue or not, place your sim card into another phone and see if you have the same problem, or take another registered sim card into your new phone to see if you still get the dropped calls.

It may be a handset issue if you don't have the same problem with using another phone with your sim card however if you use another sim card in your phone it may be a coverage problem.

If that's the case they would need to check to see if similar problems have occurred and issue a service log, provider as much information as possible including the troubleshooting information I provided and the results, is it incoming calls outgoing calls, is it with landline numbers or cell phone numbers or both, day, evening?
