Keep hearing squeaky/screaming noises every night! wtf is it?

Question

For some reason for the past couple of weeks or so I keep hearing what sounds like one of those baby animal toys that squeak being squeezed really fast coming from my neighbour's garden.The screams vary in pitch and length and I know it's not a fox because I know what fox screams sound like. I know it's obviously an animal of some kind. Does anyone have any ideas of what it might be?

It's a bat. You are hearing the sonar.

It probably starts slower and then gets faster. The bat is closing in on its mosquito prey :)

Raccoons make squeaky noises sometimes. I would call animal control and tell them.
