OKay so my family leases an arabian, hes 25 but still has to get lunged sometimes, and usually has A LOT of energy, and we usually go to the ranch 1 2 or 3 times a week to go and ride him, but we are not Doing that lately, and nobody that lives in my house can drive us their to ride except our mom and dad.... I feel really bad if he doesn't get riden in a week or even 2... Should we keep leasing him or not lease him and just ride him in lessons???

  1. Do other people ride him while you are leasing him? Also, what is the price comparison between leasing him or just taking lessons? If you don't have the time to ride or care for him, then I would say to quit leasing him. But if you can find a way to get out to the barn to take care of him and ride him often, then keep the lease going. Take into account the money. Would it be worth the money spent on him to lease him and only ride every couple weeks?
